We have surveyed the correlation between "the personnel rating of the first 10 years since he or she is employed" and "the result of entrance examination and or the performance through new employee training". The result of the survey shows that the result of entrance examination for "technical specialty" and new employee training for "information basics" is correlative in 5% and l0% respectively. However neither,"common sense", "mathematics", "English" nor "technical training for individual product" are found correlative. This indicates that only basic technical knowledge like "technical specialty" or "information basics" are correlative to the 1Oth year personnel rating.
