アブストラクト
This paper proposes an active guard band circuit for digital noise suppression with automatic tuning scheme to compensate for the variation of substrate characteristic. Simulation results show that the proposed circuit reduces the substrate noise level to approximately 1/30 of the noise level when a conventional guard ring is used. A total noise suppression level of 57dB is achieved with a simple design circuit.
