We study the vortex phase diagram and dynamics in the low-temperature liquid phase of a thick amorphous ($a$-)Mo$_{x}$Ge$_{1-x}$ film with weak pinning. The vortex solid state is ordered vortex lattice or Bragg glass, which is different from the disordered vortex glass of $a$-Mo$_{x}$Si$_{1-x}$ films with stronger pinning. We find, however, that the vortex liquid state is similar to that for the $a$-Mo$_{x}$Si$_{1-x}$ films, involving the quantum-vortex-liquid phase at low temperature, where we again detect the unusual vortex flow.
