Designing and evaluating educational policies is critical, however, it is not possible to investigate the effects a priori, partially because of their complexity and lack of practical data. To cope with the issues, we are developing agent-based simulation models to evaluate them. Our previous model has focused on the effects of the number of teachers. In this paper, we will extend the model to consider the other conditions such as effects of parents, re-education of teachers, and changes of junior-high and high school systems.
