The GHG emission from cultivation of cyprinoid fish "Honmoroko" in reformed fallow rice field is calculated. Direct GHG emissions from fish farm should not be ignored. In this study the largest amount of N_2O from fish farm is estimated to be absorbed by hydroponically cultivated plants. The amount of plants as raw materials of bioethanol is also estimated.
