This paper describes simulation of wind excitation acting on a super-high-rise building with base-isolation based on wind tunnel test. And, the response of this building is simulated. The shift of wind direction is simulated for rotating the turn-table, and the variation of wind velocity is converted from the time scale in the considering. The response under simulated wind excitation is compared with the response under maximum wind speed of level 2 for 10 minutes. It is found out that the both maximum response of horizontal components don’t have difference, but the torsional components have difference.
