Abstract The geometric phase analysis of 90° domain structure of PbTiO3/SrTiO3 epitaxilal film and another oxide thin films using HAADF-STEM. The PbTiO3 film has two layered structure of a-c mixed layer on the completely c-domain layer. The latter layer has longer c-axis than that of the former because of the pseudomorphism. The lattice planes in the a-domain are strongly bended, which is related with the misfit dislocation
