In thisb paper, we present the relationship between the tissue structure of cirrhotic liver and ultrasonic B-mode image. Using the measurement results of the acoustical structures of the normal and cirrhotic liver, we propose the new modeling technique for the the change of the scatterer distribution on liver tissue considering the liver lobule structure. Using this model, the computer simulations are perfomed. The change of image followed by the change of tissue structure is discussed using the statistical characteristics and cooccurrence matrix. The features of calculated cirrhosis images agree well with the features of actual clinical cirrhosis image.
