Abstract This paper explores the applicability of evolutionary computation techniques to agent-based organizational simulation. It is crucial to employ evolutionary computation for the design and analysis of new types of emergent organizations. For the purpose, we are developing a simulator with the two factors: the organization structures and the constituent members of the organization. The agents are equipped with decision rules based on the principles of PSO. This paper describes the design and implementation of the organizational simulator.
