The radial dependence of the rotational temperature was investigated for nitrogen plasma in the microwave discharge tube. Abel Inversion was performed to obtain a spectrum in the r direction, and spectral fitting was performed to determine the rotation temperature. The rotation temperature of 2PS became a monotonically decreasing function of r. It is considered to reflect the gas temperature. Conversely, 1NS is a monotonically increasing function of r. It is considered that the ion temperature may be reflected in some way.
