Abstract
Authors discussed the influence of frequency sensitivity on energy dissipated in viscoelastic damper under 500-return-year’s along- and across-wind excitation. In this paper, the simplified numerical models with different frequency sensitivity, including the Kelvin system and Maxwell system, were used to compare with the energy dissipated of the fractional derivative (FD) system.
