In consideration of hole of I-shaped beam web causing reduction of buckling strength, evaluation for buckling coefficient of I-shaped beam web with holes have been conducted. However, numerous studies have been conducted on square plate under pure shear, and not considered buckling of web under nonuniform bending that acts web of actual I-shaped beam. This study reveals the buckling coefficient of web with holes with any aspect ratio under pure shear or nonuniform bending. Using FEA, it investigates the effect of hole size and arrangement on local buckling, and propose evaluation method for buckling coefficient of plate with holes.
