Usually, huge questionnaires and careful interviews are required in the case of "persona" creation. However, since there are few budgets actually, researchers cannot apply time and effort. In this research, we advocate the simple technique of "persona" creation. With the technique, we gain fixed rationality and probability, without applying time and effort.
