To invite the public into the process of novel regional planning, we have developed a new web-based platform, Public Energy/Environment Giga-Analyzer for Sustainable Society (PEGASUS), in regard to waste managements, energy recovery from wastes and utilization of local unutilized resources. In this study, we describe a new system for PEGASUS users to install newly developed technologies or novel assembly of existing technologies to PEGASUS, and also discuss the perspective of this system to promote users to think about 'appropriate' technology to the region not only for reducing CO_2 emission reduction, but also for revitalizing regions.
